Rainstorm Car Wash Customer Service Representative
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at pay stations to assist every customer, fielding inquiries, and guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel. Additionally, the position requires maintaining the car wash's condition through cleaning tasks such as garbage removal, lot sweeping, and pressure washing the wash bay. The role also includes opening/closing procedures and basic troubleshooting of daily duties. The job requires reporting to work on time and adhering to the dress and appearance code.

- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a typical outdoor car wash environment.
- Ability to adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
- Capability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
