About The Position

Rainstorm Car Wash is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Store 4701814 located at 302 Devonshire Dr, Champaign, Illinois 61820. This is a full-time position with flexible shift availability, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. • Adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
• Capability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options.
• Assisting every customer at the pay stations.
• Fielding customer inquiries.
• Guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
• Reporting to work on time and adhering to the dress and appearance code.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Opening/Closing Procedures.
• Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties.
