Rainstorm Car Wash Customer Service Representative
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at pay stations to assist every customer, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the car wash facility through tasks like garbage removal, lot sweeping, and pressure washing. The position requires reporting to work on time and adhering to the dress and appearance code. Key duties include 70% customer interaction, 20% site upkeep, 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic troubleshooting.

- Ability to perform job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
- Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols, requiring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
- Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
