About The Position
Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its store at 1204 E Pikes Peak Ave, Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role offers flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Representatives work in a fast-paced store environment, assisting customers and helping maintain store standards. They greet customers, operate the register, cashier, suggest purchases, and may work with the food program. The position involves working in different areas inside and outside the store, interacting with customers, and completing daily tasks as part of an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.
Requirements
- Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
- Good communication skills and a friendly manner.
- Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
- Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
- Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
- Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
