About The Position

Ballard Natural Gas Services is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates confidently on the phone, and knows how to turn conversations into booked opportunities. This is not a basic call center role — we are looking for someone who can handle both inbound and outbound calls, build rapport quickly, overcome objections, and help drive revenue while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Experience in the home service industry, trades, or Service Titan is highly preferred.

Requirements

Previous CSR, call center, dispatch, or phone sales experience
Strong communication and phone sales ability
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude with strong customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
Strong typing and computer skills

Nice To Haves

Home service/trades industry experience strongly preferred
Service Titan experience is a major plus
Enjoys talking to customers
Can confidently ask for the appointment and close calls
Stays calm under pressure

Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound customer calls
Make outbound calls for follow-up, membership renewals, unsold estimates, scheduling, and lead generation
Book service calls and maximize conversion opportunities
Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
Work closely with dispatch and operations teams
Accurately enter customer information and notes into ServiceTitan
Help drive revenue through strong phone and sales skills
Maintain professionalism and urgency during busy seasons
