About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves interacting with customers and teammates while working throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and support daily operations. The position offers task variety and paid comprehensive training, with opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and develop ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, handle cashiering, and suggest purchases.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Interact with customers and collaborate with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
