Rainstorm Car Wash Customer Service Representative
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at pay stations to assist every customer, fielding customer inquiries, and guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. Additionally, the position requires maintaining the upkeep of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. The role also includes opening/closing procedures and basic troubleshooting of daily duties. The team member must be capable of performing their responsibilities with minimal supervision and reports to work on time, adhering to the dress and appearance code.

- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a moderate to excessively loud noise environment, with required hearing protection and other PPE.
- Adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Responsibilities
