About The Position

Customer Service Representatives greet customers, take orders, answer phones, operate the cash register, collect payments, and provide customer service. They make pizza products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards and perform other assigned duties. The role may offer a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow, potentially into management.

The work environment includes a restaurant with temperatures ranging from approximately 36 degrees in the cooler to 90 degrees or higher in some work areas, as well as exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, cramped spaces, and varying weather conditions during outside tasks. Tasks may involve standing for most of the work, walking, sitting to complete paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders. Delivery-related physical activities are described in the posting, but delivery is not specified as a requirement for this position.
