About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a scheduled shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, customer relations, and overall store operations. The role sets the tone and example for the store and requires sound judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask. Assistant Managers manage 3 to 30 employees and also perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost control, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, and all store operations during the scheduled shift.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Greet customers, take orders, and answer the phone courteously.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
