About The Position

Team Honey Badger, a large and fast-growing Domino’s franchise group, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its restaurant. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager across restaurant operations, leads and develops team members, and helps deliver strong customer service while meeting food quality, speed, and accuracy standards. The role is described as a full-time restaurant management opportunity with a fast track to General Manager. The schedule is 32–40 hours per week, with flexibility and weekend availability required. Compensation is $20 per hour, with growth potential and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate team members.
Deliver outstanding customer service each shift.
Maintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards.
Handle scheduling, labor management, and inventory.
Assist with hiring, training, and staff development.
Oversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability.
Support marketing efforts to grow sales.
