Customer Service Representative
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative performs a range of duties at the service center, including greeting customers and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. The role monitors scheduled work volume and recommends load-level requests when needed. It also coordinates rental car and tow companies to provide one-stop service, while maintaining knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load-level processes. The position offers hands-on experience in a production shop and opportunities for career growth, including promotion from within and ongoing training in leadership skills and new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
