About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role works in the kitchen and serves customers by taking phone and counter orders, making pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and helping maintain a clean facility. The role emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and developing pizza-making skills. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work one or two days a week.

Requirements

• Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products in accordance with Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team.
