About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives and Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen, taking phone and counter orders, making pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members work together to provide excellent customer service while developing customer service and teamwork skills.

The role may be full-time or part-time, with schedules that can accommodate students or people seeking additional work. Paid training is provided. A criminal background check is required.

Requirements

• Be punctual and have a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide outstanding customer service.
