About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Lead to help run store operations and lead team members during a shift. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Lead is expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure the crew does the same. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills and grow within the organization.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Requires judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• A criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities
