About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee store operations during a shift. The role is described as an opportunity to develop skills and grow within the organization. Shift Leads are responsible for what happens during their shifts and are expected to set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same standards from the crew. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example for the crew.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and expect the crew to do the same.
