About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves working in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, helping maintain store appearance and supporting customers and the team. The position offers task variety, opportunities for career advancement, and paid comprehensive training.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Communication skills and a friendly approach to conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to develop ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push and pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and support sales.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
