About The Position

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the lifecycle of their purchases. The role helps customers schedule deliveries, manage payments, and address questions and concerns. The representative works independently and as part of a small team to strengthen the customer shopping experience, while supporting sales and operations team members.

Requirements

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in person and on the phone.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with scheduling deliveries and managing payments.
• Acknowledge and address customer questions and concerns.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
• Advocate for customers’ concerns and requests while supporting sales and operations team members.
• Work independently and as part of a small team to enhance the customer shopping experience.
