About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide fast and friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers, supporting store operations, and helping maintain high standards for store appearance. Representatives work with an energetic team and may assist with the store’s food program. The position requires regular, predictable onsite attendance and is available full-time or part-time, with overnight availability and weekday and weekend availability required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
• Availability for overnight shifts, weekdays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and handle cashiering.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
• Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to help maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
