About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, providing customers with fast and friendly service while helping maintain high standards for store appearance. You will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes work with the food program. The role involves working in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and completing daily tasks as part of an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.

Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
