About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers and working across different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Employees work with an energetic team and may assist with the food program.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Perform at a quick pace while working as part of a team.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
Run the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Attend the workplace regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
