About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and serve customers. Team members interact with customers throughout the day and work with colleagues to accomplish daily tasks. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the food program.
Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
