About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers and helping maintain store appearance and standards while working across different areas of the store, both inside and outside. Team members interact with customers daily and work with colleagues to accomplish store tasks. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
