About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, fast service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves interacting with customers and working with an energetic team to complete daily store tasks. Representatives work throughout the store, inside and outside, helping maintain store appearance and supporting the food program as needed. The position offers flexible scheduling and paid comprehensive training.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, fast service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Work with the food program as needed.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
