About The Position
Customer Service Representative for Jostens Kinderkraft. Jostens Kinderkraft provides graduation caps, gowns, certificates, diplomas, sashes, and tassels for Preschool, Kindergarten, and Elementary schools. This role supports the sale and ordering process for these products, interacting with schools and parents. The position is located in Sedalia, Missouri.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 or more years customer service experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Solid cash handling and math skills for estimating
- Working knowledge of full MS Office suite
- Pleasant and professional telephone presence
Responsibilities
- Provide front line support in answering customer questions over the telephone for Kinderkraft products
- Initiate product orders
- Monitor orders in progress to ensure on time delivery
- Maintain and enhance knowledge of production capabilities in order to understand when job requests must be expedited
- Work with other internal facilities for order fulfillment
- Work with external vendors for inventory control
