Customer Service Representative $17 hourly

About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at Raymour & Flanigan, you play an important role in the lifecycle of each customer’s purchase. You help bridge the gap between customers’ expectations and their experience by assisting with delivery scheduling, managing payments, and responding skillfully to customer questions and concerns. You work independently and as part of a small team to strengthen the company’s customer shopping experience.
Requirements
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills in person and over the phone.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service.
- Assist customers with scheduling deliveries and managing payments.
- Address customer questions and concerns.
- Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
- Support sales and operations team members by advocating for customers’ concerns and requests.
- Work independently and as part of a small team to strengthen the customer shopping experience.
