About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Raymour & Flanigan, you play an important role throughout the lifecycle of each customer’s purchase. You help bridge the gap between the customer’s expectations and their experience by assisting with delivery scheduling, managing payments, and responding skillfully to questions and concerns. You work independently and as part of a small team to strengthen the customer shopping experience.

Requirements

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, both in person and on the phone.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced service environment.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, friendly, personable, and professional service.
• Assist customers with scheduling deliveries and managing payments.
• Acknowledge and address customer questions and concerns.
• Proactively resolve escalated customer issues.
• Support sales and operations team members by advocating for customer concerns and requests.
