About The Position

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned. Perform janitorial duties, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas. This role requires reporting incidents and hazardous conditions to a supervisor, complying with safety rules, and performing work assignments collaboratively with team members. The position involves performing repetitive tasks, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules. Additionally, the representative must be able to take direction, respond to supervision, and communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers. The ability to drive to various work locations may be necessary, and understanding reporting systems and the environment is important.

Requirements

Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs
Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements
Completed all safety and task training certification
May be required to be forklift certified
Bilingual a plus
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use

Responsibilities

Perform janitorial duties
Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
Operate motorized cleaning equipment
Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
Perform repetitive tasks
Maintain clean work area
Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
Take direction and respond to supervision
Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
Fill in during staff shortage
Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
Use proper personal protective equipment
Present a professional appearance and conduct
Understand customer service and satisfaction
Drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities
Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
