About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is looking for a fun, friendly Customer Service Representative with hustle, personality, and strong people skills. The role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, taking and processing orders, and providing outstanding customer service. Representatives operate the cash register, collect payments, prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint. Employees must maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Punctuality, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as a team player.
• Comfort talking to strangers.
