About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative to help serve customers and support restaurant operations. The role involves taking and processing orders, preparing products, maintaining supplies and equipment, and completing inventory-related paperwork. Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
