About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The role involves serving as a point of contact for customers by taking orders, answering questions, and helping ensure a positive customer experience. The representative also contributes to smooth store operations and must follow the company’s pizza-making standards and dress code. The role is based at the Weddington Road location. Compensation is $10–$12 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Must work with hustle and energy and maintain a friendly demeanor with customers.
Must adhere to Domino’s pizza-making standards and dress code.
