About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide fast and friendly customer service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and assist customers. Team members greet customers, operate the register, cashier, suggest purchases, and may work with the food program. The position offers task variety and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to perform at a quick pace and work as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
