About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves serving customers, supporting sales, and helping maintain store standards. Representatives work throughout the store, both inside and outside, and may sometimes assist with the food program. The position offers task variety, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.

The role requires regular, predictable onsite attendance and interaction with customers as part of an energetic team. The stated hiring range is $16.00 to $16.25.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
