About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Indianapolis store. The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, providing friendly customer service, and helping maintain store standards. Representatives work in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, and may sometimes assist with the food program. Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push and pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain high standards for store appearance.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
