About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly customer service and helping maintain store standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Representatives work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and collaborate with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers flexible scheduling and comprehensive paid training.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
