About The Position

Renton Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dependable, experienced, and team-oriented part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing veterinary team. This position is currently focused on Friday coverage, with opportunities for additional shifts and potential full-time growth in the future as our hospital continues to expand. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, multitasks effectively, and understands the importance of both client service and team support in veterinary medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Answering and managing high-volume phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting clients
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting front desk workflow and daily hospital operations
  • Assisting with client communication via phone, email, and text platforms
  • Maintaining a professional, compassionate, and team-focused environment
