About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Clermont, Florida store. The role is suited to someone who wants to work in a fast-paced environment and grow their career. The representative greets customers, operates the register, suggests purchases, and may assist with the food program. Work takes place in various areas inside and outside the store, helping maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The role involves daily customer interaction and working with a team to accomplish store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
