Rainstorm Car Wash Customer Service Representative
About The Position
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. They will stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash, field customer inquiries, and guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. This role also involves maintaining the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. The representative must report to work on time and follow the dress and appearance code. Duties include 70% customer interaction, 20% site upkeep, 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic troubleshooting.

- Ability to climb or balance; stop, crouch and kneel.
- Ability to work in damp and humid conditions.
- Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work safely in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
- Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
