About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and out, to support store appearance and daily operations. Employees interact with customers and work with an energetic team. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and availability for weekdays and weekends.

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and contribute as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Availability for weekdays and weekends.
Ability to meet the listed physical requirements: stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level; push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force; bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift; and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, including potentially climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work throughout the store, inside and out, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide fast and friendly service while completing daily store tasks.
Communicate and work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
