About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, providing friendly service and helping maintain store standards. You will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes assist with the food program. The role involves working in different areas inside and outside the store, completing daily tasks with an energetic team, and maintaining regular, predictable onsite attendance.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift, and occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; use eye-hand coordination; and potentially climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
