About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Woodward, Oklahoma store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment and working throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position offers task variety and opportunities for career advancement. Weekday and weekend availability is required, and regular, predictable onsite attendance is expected.

Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this may require eye-hand coordination and climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Operate the register and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
