About The Position

First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in their Lubbock Operations Center. This role involves handling customer inquiries, performing various banking transactions, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Responsibilities

  • Customer inquiries
  • Complete wire transfers
  • Issue EMV Chip Debit Cards
  • Perform debit card maintenance
  • Generate routine department reports
  • Direct customers accordingly in the call center
  • Minor bookkeeping duties
  • Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and complies with BSA, AML and all bank policies and procedures as required
