About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing high call volumes, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in computer skills, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • 2 years of proven work experience in a similar role (Medical or Laboratory preferred but not required)
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong commitment to first class customer service
  • Must be very detail oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Team Player

Nice To Haves

  • Medical or Laboratory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a high call volume
  • Answer, screen and forward all incoming calls/emails
  • Comply with all HIPPA regulations and policies
  • Perform clerical duties such as photo copying and faxing
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through open and interactive communication with both professional staff and patients
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle complaints, provide solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools
