About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping customers by providing account information and resolving questions and issues.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or another related field
  • Ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Dependable

Responsibilities

  • Make new customer welcome calls
  • Take inbound payments
  • Assist customers with general questions by phone, email, and chat
  • Ensure customer service policy is adhered to
  • Assist customers with payment extensions, due date changes, and auto pays
  • Other duties as assigned.
