About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a store environment. The role involves working throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and complete daily tasks with an energetic team. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required. The position has day-shift availability and requires weekday and weekend availability.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Be able to work at a quick pace while maintaining friendly customer service.
Communicate and work collaboratively as part of a team.
Be available for day shifts on weekdays and weekends.
Meet the listed physical requirements, including standing or walking for up to 8 hours; lifting or carrying up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally lifting or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level; pushing or pulling with the arms with up to 20 pounds of force; bending at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift; and grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects, with possible ladder use.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Communicate and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
Offer ideas and suggestions to solve problems and serve customers.
