About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working throughout the store, both inside and outside, to serve customers and maintain store appearance. Team members receive paid comprehensive training and may work in different areas, including the store’s food program.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Ability to provide excellent customer care, communicate and engage in friendly conversation, work at a quick pace, work as part of a team, and think quickly to offer suggestions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
Communicate with customers and offer suggestions or ideas to solve problems.
