About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves interacting with customers and working with an energetic team to complete daily tasks and maintain high store standards. Employees work in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, and may assist with the food program. The position offers flexible scheduling and paid comprehensive training, with opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.
Perform at a quick pace while working as part of a team.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
