About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, providing friendly and prompt service while helping maintain store appearance and standards. You will greet customers, operate the register and cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may work with the food program. The role involves working in many areas of the store, inside and outside, and collaborating with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
