About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The role serves as a voice of the company by taking customer orders, answering questions, and helping ensure a positive customer experience. The representative works as part of a team to support smooth store operations and customer satisfaction. The position also requires following Domino’s pizza-making standards, maintaining a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, working with hustle and energy, and providing friendly service to every customer.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Must follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and procedures.
Must maintain the required professional appearance and adhere to the Domino’s dress code.
