About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced, fun retail environment. The role involves serving customers throughout the store, helping maintain store appearance, and providing fast, friendly service. The position is available full-time or part-time, with flexible shift availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a team.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to help maintain appearance standards.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
