About The Position
Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The representative serves as a voice of the company, taking orders, answering customer questions, and helping ensure positive customer experiences. The role also involves working with the store team to support smooth operations. Employees are expected to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards, maintain a clean and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide friendly customer service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Must work with hustle and energy and provide friendly service to customers.
